MenuCortex is an AI-assisted weekly menu planning tool for professional chefs. It drafts menus from your clients' rules, your recipe library, and your history — but you review and approve every menu. Nothing reaches a client without your explicit approval.
You are the chef. MenuCortex's AI drafts are suggestions, not professional advice. You are solely responsible for verifying allergens, dietary restrictions, portions, food safety, and anything you serve. Deterministic safety checks in the app are a backstop, not a guarantee — always apply your own professional judgment.
The free plan includes 3 AI-drafted menus per calendar month. Paid plans include a higher monthly allowance. Unused generations do not roll over. We may adjust allowances with 30 days' notice.
Your clients, recipes, rules, and menus are yours. We don't sell your data. We use it only to operate the service — for example, your menu history improves future drafts for your clients. See the Privacy Policy.
Don't abuse the service: no scraping, no reselling API access, no attempting to circumvent usage limits, no uploading content you don't have rights to.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee it. AI generation depends on third-party providers and may occasionally be slow or unavailable; the app includes local fallbacks so you're never fully blocked.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MenuCortex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including any menus you approve and serve.
We may update these terms; we'll notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
