Account: your name, email, and business name. Your work: clients and household members, their food rules and preferences, your recipes, menu history, and the menus you generate. Usage: counts of AI generations (for plan limits) and basic error diagnostics — never the content of your menus or client data.
Your data operates the service: generating menus from your clients' rules, learning from your history, and enforcing plan limits. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use your clients' information for any purpose other than serving you.
Menu drafts are generated by Anthropic's Claude via our proxy. Prompts include your client's rules, relevant recipes, and history — the minimum needed to draft the menu. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their own policies; we do not train models on your data.
Data is stored with Supabase (US region) with row-level security so you can only ever access your own records. Diagnostic pings contain only operation type, outcome, and app version — no personal data.
You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings. Deleting your account deletes your clients, recipes, menus, and history.
We'll notify you of material changes to this policy. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
